Linden Homes Submits Formal Applications
Following the community consultation undertaken and a review of the initial proposals, Linden Homes has now submitted formal planning applications to New Forest District Council for the former BAT Sports and Social Club site, the Little Testwood Farm and AFC Totton sites.
Therefore, Linden Homes is seeking the following for each of the sites:
• Detailed permission for the new BAT clubhouse for the retained cricket ground and outline permission for residential use on the football pitch
• Detailed permission for new pitches for the AFC Totton and BAT FC sites together with other recreational use at Little Testwood Farm
• Outline residential use at AFC Totton
The applications will now be the subject of review and further discussions with council officers during the planning application process.
